We have updated our Permission Number site to Google Forms.

Please Note:

The Math Department does NOT issue Permission Numbers for sections that are full, students with holds or students that do not meet prerequisites.

A permission number will not be issued until you have met the prerequisites for the course or have permission from the Chair of the Math Department. Prerequisites must be posted to your eCampus account (for example: transfer credits, AP Calc scores).

Permission numbers are issued in order requests were received. Hence, the section may become full before your request is considered. Therefore, submitting a Request Form does not guarantee receiving a permission number.
