Topics Euclid's Geometry and Historical Perspective, Logic and Incidence Geometry, Hilbert's Axioms of Euclidean Geometry, Neutral Geometry, Euclidean Geometry, The Parallel Postulate, Angles, Segments and Measures. Polygons and the Area Postulates. Similarity, Circles.

About the Course This course is an introduction to Euclidean Geometry. We will explore the history of Geometry and axiomatic systems. In this class you will do mathematical proofs and oral mathematical communication of mathematical topics.
