Section 1.5 - Solutions Sets of Linear Systems Section 1.7 - Linear Indepdendence
Introduce the homogeneous linear system Ax=0 and relate the connect to non-homogeneous linear system Ax=b. Learn free variables and basic variables and how to write out the solution set for linear systems that have an infinite number of solutions. Introduced to parametric equation format for writing solutions. Introduce Linear Indepdendence and how it relates to vector equation of linear system Ax=0. Learn how to find linearly indepdendent vectors using the reduced row echelon form of the matrix.
