Music Involvement

My main interests outside mathematics are musical. I started playing the piano at age five and took up the violin at age ten. I have remained active with musical pursuits since then, earning a minor in music during my undergraduate studies at URI. I played for six years in the URI Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Prof. Ann Danis and started playing in the Warwick Symphony Orchestra, directed by Catherine Gagnon, during its 50th season. I joined the Board of Directors of the WSO in 2016 and have enjoyed working on its Development and Finance Committees. I occasionally play weddings or other events in RI and love collaborating with old friends.
